Collection Point Delivery

You can choose to have your order delivered to a Mondial Relay collection point.

Whenever possible, we recommend selecting a collection point located in a local shop rather than an automated locker. Shops generally provide better parcel handling and help reduce the risk of returns when lockers are full.

Home Delivery

We currently deliver to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain.

We are also working on expanding our delivery destinations to make our products available to even more Christmas lovers in the near future.

Your order will be shipped directly to the delivery address of your choice via one of our transport partners.

Delivery Information

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination and the contents of your order. The total amount is displayed before your order is finally confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, the destination country and busy periods. The estimated delivery time provided during checkout is for guidance only.

Free delivery is available for orders over €159, subject to the conditions indicated during checkout.
